Dougie B is arrested for the shooting that happened across the street from Bronx Supreme Court on Thursday.
The gunshot was heard near the E. 161st St. parking lot by the court officers and the news reporter just before 1 p.m.
While the detail of the reason behind the shooting is left unclear at the moment, as per the reporter, the shooting occurred after a group of men began arguing with each other in the parking lot.
A man wearing a black dress pulled a gun and fired when one group began chasing the other.
The court officers raced to the scene and arrested several individuals, one of them being rapper Dougie B.
Dougie B was due to an appearance in Bronx Supreme Court at 2:15 p.m. for an unrelated case.
Although he has been taken into custody, the police have not revealed the charges ‘Kill Em With Kindness’ rapper Dougie B will be facing.

Dougie B, whose real name is Arion Howard, is in a relationship with his girlfriend Asian Doll.
Asian Doll, 25, was initially rumored to be in a relationship with Dougie B when the Bronx-rapper shared a series of pictures with Doll with his arm around her on January 13.
Fans had assumed the rappers to be a couple although they had not confirmed the details.
On January 27, they were filmed kissing masking their relationship official.
Doll was in a relationship with rapper King Von before his demise in 2020.
